We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.

The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product and shipping.

Upon receiving your product/s, please make sure that all parts and product/s instructions are included. Furniture and exercise equipment sold by Warehouse Online come with assembly instructions.

We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. factory price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice, and we therefore reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.

When shopping with us, you have the peace of mind knowing that your product is covered by Warranty. All our products are covered by Australian Warranty of up to 12 months.

  • The merchandise is in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached (ready to be put back on the shelf),
  • The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when received,
  • The change-of-mind replacement or store credit is sought within 7 days of purchase.

We are committed to the effective management of complaints and providing an excellent level of customer service to our customers. We understand that efficient and successful handling of complaints is a crucial aspect of quality customer service.

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime and we will make every endeavour to resolve your issues. To return an item for refund or exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To return an item under the Change of Mind Policy, products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession. The product is deemed to be in the customer's possession until the product is received by us pursuant to this Policy.

Please note that if you have chosen the Authority to Leave option, we cannot take any responsibility for any losses incurred due to this.

Warehouse Online reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the instructions have not been followed, if the item has not been installed or assembled correctly, or if the item has been damaged through misuse or abnormal use.

Our liability under this Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship and was not caused by other factors beyond our control, including but not limited to any neglect, misuse, or excessive use. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide under our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we are committed to customer satisfaction.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, all Warehouse Online products can be returned for change of mind purposes. Where a product listing specifically states that the product is not able to be returned under this Policy (usually due to health and safety reasons), then no returns for change of mind will be permitted. All returns are subject to Warehouse Online Terms and Conditions.

To return an item for refund or exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via our 24/7 Help Desk. Please describe accurately the problem you have encountered with photographs and videos enabling us to identify and resolve the issues efficiently and effectively, ideally at the first point of contact, providing the best options and solutions for you.

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Delivery fees may not be included in the refund. An RMA number is required before the refund will be issued, do not send the item back to us before you have received your RMA number from customer service. Certain products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. In addition, personalized products may not be returned. If you return an unwanted gift, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account.

Please comply with the directions for returning the Product that Warehouse Online staff provide to You. Warehouse Online will accept no liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

After receiving the returned product, we will issue an exchange or refund as soon as it is reasonably practicable, and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgment.

All products sold by Warehouse Online have a "dead on arrival" (DOA) Warranty. This means that in the unlikely event, if the product is damaged during the delivery process and a claim is made within a week from the date of dispatch, we will replace or repair the product at our discretion and our cost. If we have no further stock of the item and it cannot be repaired, Warehouse Online may replace it with a similar product.

If the damage is discovered outside the DOA period, please contact Warehouse Online Support Team who will determine whether circumstances are such that you can still proceed with a claim. This Warranty does not apply to damaged packaging only and does not detract from your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please endeavour to inform our support team immediately. We require that all damage in transit claims are made within the first 7 days of receipt of goods.

If the fault is reported within the first 7 days from delivery, you will be supplied with a new replacement product of the full purchase price.

If the product experiences a major fault within the warranty period, you may elect to receive a replacement, or if requested, a Gift Voucher. The credit or refund will be for the purchase price of the product. If the unit experiences a minor repairable fault, we will elect whether to repair, replace or refund your product under Warranty.

If the product is replaced, any remaining warranty period will roll over to cover the replacement.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled at our election to a refund, or to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our liability under this Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship and was not caused by other factors beyond human control, including but not limited to any neglect, misuse, or excessive use.

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe other than the time for rejection of goods with a major failure. Once a return is authorized, as you can appreciate, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the issue and how we can help you, be it a refund, store credit, exchange or repair.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Warehouse Online is not liable, and you may not be entitled to refund or replacement.
